Welcome to version 8 of Phils World. This is as a result of the failure of security measures that I hoped would work through the Phil's World Wiki - which
is now in the process of being deleted.
The Wiki did provide one positive, and that was the expansion of Phil's World, through the additions of Star Wars, MASH, the events area, places and years. There was also other expansion work within the existing areas, especially in the Aspergers area.
This new design has combined a number of ideas. Participation has shifted back to the more stable forum environment, but this has been expanded further with multiple forums in order to protect friends and other trusted individuals. The IP deny facility included with my web host will be used to the maximum to keep individuals away.
