I saw that before I came in here, Wally - half of me laughed, but the other half was a little annoyed because I didn't update this section last Thursday as I was trying to get into my routine. He'd be trying to play with me regarding the import of "zappers" - and I played right along just to make them think they had me upset. I gave them one fact re the Deep Sleep Therapy (which happened to co-incide with the Bio channel showing the edition of This is Your Life with Stevie Wright) but that was all.

I did see that he had a go at the Maryland Attorney General for taking a similar line to Dr.Woolridge re vaccinations (except Maryland is going further and taking it to court - whereas Woolridge as I recall just threatened the child support of those who wouldn't vaccinate). But he's had a go at state officials before, and that would have only had the one article deleted - not two months worth of stuff. In the past, I've felt that Fore Sam just deleted the stuff himself - but on this occasion for the first time I think his account was hacked. The fact that I couldn't retrieve a cached copy of his most recent posts via Google backs that up. And as a long shot the CIA was mentioned so it could also have been them - but I seriously doubt it.

The reason the website was down, Andy, was because the server that hosted my website was being moved. It's back now so I assume it's done. It stopped Lee from sending an email earlier this afternoon. The two NAW reports are there. I might just link them myself if I feel like it.

I prefer to leave the quotes as they are, Flardox - because it's the way they appeared on his blog. I'd rather not alter them if that's OK.

I haven't updated this section for awhile - that's why the NT-ND name hasn't shown up yet. But when I finally update I'll put those quotes in a double section - that is "Flardox (as Flardox)" and "Flardox (as NT-ND)".

He keeps his site going because no one has yet taken Google to court to make them uphold their Terms of Service. They won't act against any of the Blogspot blogs without a court order.

I reckon the Supreme Court is the only place you can run this case, and I know under the rules you have to comply with US law on the service of documents. You need Title 28, Part V, Chapter 113. Try to find Fore Sam's district court and contact them, or maybe the sheriff if you can afford it. Do you know what county Fore Sam is in?

He ran off, Andy. He flatly refused to come here demanding that I go there. So I told him flat out - I'll see him in court. He also claimed that the matter was closed because he apologised (yeah right!). It's not closed at all. He still hasn't admitted to the world that what he said about me re Kurai was not true - so in we go! I've started working on the paperwork and I have an appointment with another lawyer next Tuesday to check if I've got it right as well as going through the International situation. As stated, Phil Lynch can't help me with that, and neither can anyone else in Ballarat so I have to go to the city. He still has until October 5 to change his mind but I'm not going to confront him about it anymore on his blog. I've issued the warning through Phil and he has refused to take it seriously in the wash up. I think he's relying on US law to protect him and it won't (thank you Joe Gutnick and the High Court!)

Yeah - Tex was right. But then I did go in there expecting to be rejected. I've already pretty much decided to run the thing myself. But there was a positive - an alteration to the paperwork. Writ instead of Originating Motion. I was tossing up between the two anyway and I guess I went the wrong way!

Well you could have gone with the Originating Motion, Phil - the rules allow for a change to a Writ if an error was made. Writs are better for defamation cases anyway because of the wording.

Yes, Wally - what I did is I copied the original from Fore Sam's blog and just changed a few things around (replacing any reference to Megan over to Sam and so on). It was nasty, and unfortunately the only way you can deal with fools like this is to fight fire with fire. He was criticised for the message by his own but he has so far ignored it.
