PETITION

This petition has been created to collect signatures to hopefully force Google to remove the blog "Hating Autism" from their Blogger/Blogspot domain. It violates their Terms of Service and their Content Policy thus;

TERMS OF SERVICE
"You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Service, for any posts you make, and for any consequences thereof. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence and all United States export control laws.

You agree to abide by the Blogger Content Policy and the rules and restrictions therein."

CONTENT POLICY
"Users may not publish material that promotes hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity."

This blog spreads bigotry and hatred against specific groups, such as the Gay community, Autistics (high and low functioning), those with Aspergers Syndrome, the Autism Hub, Autism Speaks, Neurodiversity, and other individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders or parents of children with these disorders. This blog and it's owner also commits defamation and libel along with outright lies and expressions of violent thoughts towards Autism Advocacy Groups and individuals. The blog also vilifies those who resist his untenable position.

This petition replaces the previous one started by another person who has taken his eye off the ball and forgotten about the cause at hand and it's importance.
