Finally - things are looking up!

In spite of the laughter that rung in my ears - I got the intervention order against Fat Dave Ayling this morning. He no showed, and his parents appeared to consent to the order - so after examining my evidence and in the absence of evidence to the contrary, the Magistrate made the order.

It means we shouldn't see any more of his antics on this forum - or any similar antics because that will be seen as being done on behalf of Ayling, and dealt with accordingly. So the copy cats had better stop now if they don't want to get him into any more trouble!

This relief means that I can re-open the local wrestling forum. The blanket ban on wrestling in South Australia is also lifted, but the ban on JP and RCW remains. I'll resurrect the local section of my website on Wednesday at the same time I upload the results from Raw that afternoon.

I'll also say that anyone else who thinks it might be fun to engage in harassment ANYWHERE on the Net - and won't remove offending content in spite of what their website hosts say, the precedent has been set! (Reference - Live Journal! Take note, Amber and Jeremyyyyyyyy!) So remove it - and KNOCK IT OFF! Or else!
