I think every Wiki has articles on years in history. It fills things out and provides links throughout the Wiki. In the case of my Wiki it provided me with the chance to add brief events that link to the articles, and add commentary on the year that I hadn’t otherwise done. Especially in my own personal memory which really only dates back to the late 1960’s at the earliest and even then it’s only in bits at times. I have brought that over to here except without the links. Wikipedia provided separate dates let alone years – and I won’t have enough on here to go that far. Each section will include the footy anecdotes from the project admin area, although I’m baulking at the premiership teams aside from the state leagues. League formations and foldings WILL be here though.

To the lower left are the links for all the years in 25 year blocks, and it will be updated occasionally.
